Every itinerary is different, so instead of one flat fee, we use a simple, transparent scoring system to match the price to the actual work involved. Three factors go into it — trip duration, trip type, and number of travelers — each scored from 1 to 3 points. The total determines your tier.
Trip duration — Longer trips mean more legs, more connections, and more options to weigh, so they score higher.
• 1–7 nights → 1 point
• 8–14 nights → 2 points
• 15+ nights → 3 points
Trip type — A simple return flight is far more straightforward to build than a multi-city routing with several stopovers.
• One-way → 1 point
• Return → 2 points
• Multi-city (3+ destinations) → 3 points
Number of travelers — More travelers means more seats to coordinate, more award availability constraints, and more moving parts.
• 1–2 travelers → 1 point
• 3–4 travelers → 2 points
• 5+ travelers → 3 points
Your total score sets your tier:
How We Price Itinerary Building
| Score | Tier | What it typically looks like |
|---|---|---|
| 3–4 | Simple | A short return trip for one or two people |
| 5–6 | Intermediate | A longer trip, or a smaller multi-city routing |
| 7–9 | Complex | Extended multi-city travel and/or a larger group |
Use the calculator below to see your estimated tier instantly. It’s a guide to set expectations up front - every itinerary is still reviewed personally before we confirm final pricing and send a payment link, so you’re never charged based on an estimate alone.
